For our property owners and investors, TH Realty first conducts an extensive screening process, which includes a face-to-face interview with each potential applicant, drawing a credit report including FICO score, and verifying employment, criminal background & eviction checks and rental history. Ensuring your comfort with potential tenants is first and foremost in our objective.

Our long time, in-house maintenance and repair staff, as well as periodic inspections of the property, ensure the overall good upkeep plus reduced service calls and labor expenses to your property.

Our administration staff ensures monthly management statements, scheduling of needed repairs, timely emergency response, collection of rents and a continual contact and reporting system with each homeowner and tenant. All this lessens the owner of the burden of the landlord / tenant relations.

 

Pricing: Our affordable and competitive fee is based on the amount of services you desire, ranging anywhere from 7% – 10% of the monthly rental income. We charge an initial one month’s rental fee when leasing your property, but unlike many other Property Management firms, we DO NOT CHARGE a renewal fee, trip charges for maintenance issues or handling eviction proceedings.
