For our Landlords, TH Realty conducts an extensive screening process, which includes a face-to-face interview with each potential applicant, drawing a credit report including FICO score and verifying employment, criminal and rental history. We won’t place anybody in a property that we wouldn’t be comfortable with.

We strive to make sure that all the properties we manage are well cared for and that our owners are happy.
