Important Update to New Payment System

We want to thank anyone who has already setup their payments through our new system. Unfortunately, as with any major change, there can be unforeseen problems.
We are experiencing some technical issues with the new system and will need to postpone this change until further notice.
IMPORTANT
-
- If your payment has already been processed, you don’t need to do anything for this month.
- If your payment is scheduled but not processed, your account will not be charged. You can pay your rent as you did last month.
- If you have not yet scheduled your payment through the new system, you can simply pay this month’s rent the same way you did last month.

Instructions for Setting Up Bank/Autopay
Once you’ve received your rent invoice, you can follow our simple instruction guide for setting up your bank account. Additionally, you can setup Autopay for automatic monthly payments.
*Using a credit/debit card to pay your rent or deposit invoice will incur a 2.9% fee added to your next month’s invoice. (Ex: On a $2,000 rent payment, the fee would be $58.00)
TH Realty does not keep this fee, it is applied to the credit card processing fees charged by our mechant.
Dear Tenant –
Thank you for being a valued tenant with TH Realty & Management. We appreciate your continued on-time rental payments due on the 1st of each month.
As you know, since the beginning of your tenancy, we at TH Realty & Management have been very hands-on and flexible with our payment options. Due to the increasing amount of work this creates for our staff, it has become apparent that this flexibility is no longer going to be a viable option for our in house operations.
Therefore, as of June 1st, 2023, we will be implementing a new online rental payment system via QuickBooks. We have simplified and streamlined this process to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your monthly rental payments on time.
Upon receiving your first Rent Request invoice, you will have the option to create an Intuit account (if you don’t already have one), enter your bank details and sign up for Autopay to automatically pay your rent on time every month. You will also have the option to pay with a credit card or debit card. If you choose to use a card, we will add a small processing fee to future rent payments (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
We will no longer be accepting Cash App, Venmo or Zelle.
